BVM Contracting actively books projects from 6 months to 2 years out, and we only take on a select few projects per year (usually 5-7 projects per year, depending on the size and complexity of each one). We also have certain strengths as a home builder that allow us to provide more value to a targeted persona of home owner or investor than others. In other words, we are not perfect for every type of home owner (no builder is, they are just afraid to tell you!) so this quiz will help both yourself and BVM Contracting determine if there is a good fit.
